Mkrtich Tonoyan led a Culture-Educational researching cruise to the South-East of Armenia and Artsakh between the 14^{th –} 19th of August, 2010.
Organized by the ACOSS, “Mitq” analytic centre and the SAA.  

13 participants from different professional backgrounds realized mobile Cultural-charitable events over the border villages and studied social problems there. This program will have continuation in the future.
